Overview

I am Carolann Jacobs, a Personal and Business Results Coach, and I own Vivid Epiphany. I specialize in light bulb moments which give stressed people and organizations a fresh vision. I facilitate monumental change by creating the environment that brains require to have insight. It’s this illumination that allows our clients to achieve their goals in less time. I work with businesses and individuals to build their vision, strategy, goals and action plans. My clients report double-digit improvements in their productivity within the first few months.

Companies in the 21st century will only be profitable if their employees find satisfaction in their work. Eighty percent of the value added to goods and services come from knowledge workers who are paid to find solutions and create innovative products. When people are disengaged, their brains go on autopilot, shutting down; they do whatever is necessary to get through the day which is usually the bare minimum. Disengaged people require more management and supervision, because they aren't thinking for themselves. What's worse is that they lose the ability to learn or feel enthusiasm.

I think it is a crime that leaders of organizations don't recognize this and do something about it.
